You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that check-in is not possible without both a valid form of ID and the credit card used to make the reservation. Parking is handled by a third party contractor which you can reserve and pay on - site, please approach apartment front desk for further information about parking. Please note credit card payments will appear as Pelican Residence on your statements. Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets. Remaining balance to be collected 7 days before arrival on the booking conditions. The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation. Some units are smaller than other so may not have a sofa bed but we do provide an Airbed, please let us know the exact number of guest so we can accommodate you accordingly.
